How KailxLabs handles audit request data, contact information, client engagement files, and analytics.

Who we are

KailxLabs is a founder-delivered software studio operated by Kailesk. The website is hosted on Vercel and the source repository lives on GitHub. The data controller for this site is KailxLabs, contactable at kailesk@kailxlabs.co.

What we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  1. Audit request information you provide when you email a free 48 hour AI visibility audit request: business name, market or city, specialty, current website URL, and any context you choose to share. This information is used solely to deliver the audit PDF to you and is not sold or shared with third parties.
  2. Engagement files if you sign a build contract: protocols, pricing, provider bios, treatment menus, and any reference material you supply during the ten working day build. These files are stored in our private GitHub repository and a private Slack channel for the duration of the engagement, plus thirty days for warranty review, and then permanently deleted on request.
  3. Anonymous site analytics on this website: aggregate page views, referrer domains, country, and device class. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, third-party fingerprinting, or cross-site behavioral analytics. We use Vercel Analytics for site performance and may add a privacy-respecting analytics layer (Plausible or Fathom) for traffic visibility.

What we do not collect

We do not collect protected health information (PHI), privileged client communications, payment card data, or any data that would put a clinic at risk of HIPAA exposure. The public sites we build for clients pass intake leads to your existing intake system (Hint Health, Kareo, Clio, MyCase, SimplePractice, BabySentry, KIPU, etc.) over secure channels — we do not store PHI on KailxLabs infrastructure.

Cookies

This site uses no marketing cookies. A small number of strictly necessary cookies are set by Vercel for site performance and security. No cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep your data

  • Audit request emails: kept until the audit is delivered, plus 90 days for follow-up. Permanently deleted on written request to kailesk@kailxlabs.co.
  • Engagement files: kept for the duration of the engagement plus 30 days warranty period. Permanently deleted on request.
  • Site analytics: aggregate-only, 12 months.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request permanent deletion at any time. Email kailesk@kailxlabs.co with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 7 days.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We will honor those rights regardless of your location.

Subprocessors

We use the following infrastructure providers to operate this site and deliver client engagements:

  • Vercel — site hosting and serverless functions.
  • GitHub — source code repositories for client engagements.
  • Slack — direct client communication during engagements.
  • Wise — contract and payment processing.
  • Resend or similar — transactional email for audit delivery.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The most recent update date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active engagement clients.
